Metro Manila’s notorious traffic jams sap the fun out of any visit to the frenetic capital, where navigating around vehicle-choked streets to your hotel can take far longer than your flight. Do not fret, there’s a snazzy new place to stay that will take you from touch down to plopping onto your private well-appointed suite in a flash! Fly in and out of NAIA with style and ease when you stay at Savoy Hotel Manila, a brand-new accommodation with modern, streamlined interiors located right next to NAIA Terminal 3 and the entertainment complex of Resorts World Manila and Newport Mall.

Amenities
Savoy Hotel Manila has 684 suites with floor area of 20 to 50 sqm, providing all the space you need to work and relax during your stay in Manila. Contemporary and understated in design with a splash of color from brightly colored artworks and bedcovers, the rooms have all the standard hotel amenities – plus a silk robe for that luxe feel. I especially loved the large windows overlooking the airport runway and nearby expressways with the Makati skyline in the horizon. What I didn’t like: the sharp corners of the bathroom counters which isn’t kid-friendly.
The hotel’s atrium is where the “health and wellness hub” is located; it has an indoor swimming pool, gym and spa. The toilet and shower rooms have lockers with digital locks, and sauna and steam rooms. For the convenience of those traveling for work, there’s a business lounge and function halls.

Meals
Guests may book their rooms with buffet breakfast at Savoy Cafe, the ground-level hotel restaurant with an international menu that’s open for 24 hours, which is perfect for those taking red-eye flights! Two cocktail bars – one by the pool and another at lobby – caters to those who need a drink or two… or more.
There are also places to eat out at the Newport Mall behind the hotel (which I hope would soon provide better access when they open the back entrance) like McDonald’s and S&R New York Style Pizza, as well as proper sit-down restaurants like Boulangerie 22 and Giligan’s. Need something from a convenience store? Hello, 7-Eleven and Lawson.
